FISART provides advisory services for business sales and M&A (mergers and acquisitions). In Germany, this activity is not subject to any statutory professional licensing and does not require membership in a professional chamber. FISART therefore has no professional disclosure obligations beyond the information above.

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act [Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG]).
